Description
Conductor is hiring a Principal Developer Experience & Platform Engineer to define the long-term technical vision for developer experience and platform engineering, including internal developer platforms, SDKs, CLIs, APIs, build systems, CI/CD, hybrid cloud and bare-metal infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, and agentic AI workflows. The role also involves technical leadership, documentation, standards, and mentoring senior engineers. It requires 15+ years of systems and platform engineering experience, strong software engineering and cloud-native skills, and a forward-thinking perspective on AI-driven development. The Berlin base salary range is 130,000–160,000 euros.
