Description
The Test Development/Innovation Platform Leader develops, evaluates, and implements novel laboratory tests, methodologies, technologies, and products; supports multiple cross-departmental projects; assesses laboratory equipment, instrumentation, procedures, and software; and mentors test development and innovation staff. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree and six years of laboratory experience, or an alternative degree/experience combination, and emphasizes NGS assay development, validation, optimization, and data interpretation. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship and requires a two-year commitment.
