Okta is hiring a Senior Developer Support Engineer to resolve complex developer and ISV integration cases, advise on identity architecture, influence product roadmaps, and mentor senior support engineers. The role requires extensive customer-facing technical support or software development experience, broad cloud and container experience, deep identity-protocol expertise, and fluency in multiple programming languages. It is a hybrid position based in Canada, with Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal preferred, and an annual base salary of CAD 140,000–192,500 plus equity, bonus, and benefits.
