Intermedia is hiring a Principal DevOps Engineer to serve as the technical lead and architect for infrastructure, automation, deployments, and platform reliability. The role is primarily remote but requires occasional visits to the Bristol office or London. Responsibilities include defining standards and reference architectures, leading Windows/Linux infrastructure and release engineering, managing Windows clustering and Linux automation, using Terraform and Ansible, building CI/CD pipelines, establishing observability, leading production reliability, and mentoring engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, at least seven years of DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering experience, and expertise in Windows clustering, Terraform, Ansible, deployment tools, observability, and related production technologies.
