Description
Astera Labs is establishing a strategic R&D center in Israel and is hiring a Principal DFT Engineer to build the local engineering team from the ground up. The role owns DFT architecture and strategy for complex SoCs, leads implementation, verification, silicon bring-up, and production support, and develops scalable DFT methodologies and automation. The position requires extensive ASIC/SoC DFT experience, expertise in scan, MBIST, LBIST, JTAG/iJTAG, and ATPG, familiarity with DFT and physical-design flows, and scripting skills for automation.
