Description
The Aerospace Corporation is hiring a Principal Director for its Enterprise Ground Division to provide technical and programmatic leadership for the Space C2 elements of the BMC3I portfolio. The role leads software and hardware development and transition, systems integration, architecture planning, capability roadmaps, customer and government engagements, acquisition planning, resource and budget planning, and team development. It requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, at least 12 years of relevant experience, people-management experience, government-system-acquisition experience, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility. The position is full-time and on-site in El Segundo, California, with approximately 20% travel, and offers an annual pay range of $208,000 to $312,000.
