Additional Information

Minimum Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture. Advanced degree(s) and registration are desirable
Required Previous Experiences: Significant experience in contract dispute resolution and construction claims, litigation services, construction management and construction consulting
Prior experience and acceptance in formal dispute resolution forum (e.g., Court, Arbitration) as an expert in the field of forensic schedule delay and/or cost/damage preferred
Proven business development and client management track record, and the ability to attract projects to support full-time staff
