Mercedes-Benz Group AG is hiring a Principal EE Architect (System & Software) to lead next-generation vehicle platform architecture for ICE/EV programs. The role focuses on translating software-defined vehicle strategy into a unified system-level blueprint, covering vehicle architecture definition, SOA and core software architecture, roadmap and lifecycle management, system assurance of non-functional attributes, and leadership of tools/processes. Candidates need extensive automotive electronics and E/E architecture experience, strong systems engineering and modeling skills, deep knowledge of AUTOSAR, vehicle networking, functional safety, and cybersecurity, with preferred experience in automated driving, centralized E/E, digital twins, automated validation, and AI deployment in vehicles.
