Description
Echodyne is hiring a Principal Electrical Engineer, Accessories to lead the electrical architecture, development, integration, qualification, and lifecycle support of radar accessory products. The role covers power distribution, communications and networking, embedded computing, interconnects, junction boxes, electrical protection, and related hardware, using COTS, build-to-print, vendor co-development, and design-to-spec approaches. The engineer will balance performance, reliability, manufacturability, serviceability, cost, quality, and schedule, lead technical reviews and cross-functional decisions, mentor engineers, and support new product introduction and sustaining changes. The position requires a BS in Electrical Engineering or a related field, at least 15 years of relevant electrical hardware development experience, and eligibility to handle export-controlled information. The expected annual salary is $149,659–$224,437 USD, with medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums fully paid for US-based employees.
