Description
AECOM is hiring a Principal Electrical Engineer for its Building Services Design Consultant Engineering team in Croydon. The role leads MEP and multi-disciplinary teams on small and medium projects, serves as the electrical discipline lead on larger projects, provides technical direction and client presentations, reviews junior engineers’ work, participates in proposals and tenders, and mentors engineers. The position requires at least six years of electrical building services design experience, knowledge of low-voltage distribution, lighting, emergency lighting, fire detection and alarms, and lighting protection, familiarity with Autodesk Revit and BIM, and the ability to travel across the South East of England. The role offers hybrid work options and requires regular base in the Croydon office.
