Arcadis is hiring a Principal Electrical Engineer to provide electrical design and consulting for municipal water and wastewater projects in Florida, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC. The role covers medium- and low-voltage power distribution, motor controls, lighting, grounding, power-system analysis, field inspections, construction oversight, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. The engineer will also manage project tasks, budgets, schedules, and junior staff, while providing technical leadership and mentoring. The position requires at least 12 years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, and a Professional Engineering license in Florida; travel of up to 25% may be required. The salary range is $155,000 to $185,000.
