Description
The Principal Electrical Engineer will lead the electrical design, development, prototyping, testing, and regulatory compliance of next-generation active implantable medical devices. The role covers analog, digital, mixed-signal, low-power, power-management, and wireless-communication hardware; system-level design; circuit simulation, PCB layout, verification, risk analysis, and cross-functional integration. The engineer will also mentor junior staff, lead design reviews, support sustaining engineering, and contribute to technology roadmaps. A bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in active implantable medical device electrical hardware design are required, with compensation of $160,000-$185,000 DOE.
