Description
The Principal Electrical Engineer will lead medium- and high-voltage power distribution projects, including substation design, short-circuit and arc-flash analysis, lighting, grounding, heat-trace, wiring diagrams, utility interfaces, and electrical calculations. The role manages project budgets and schedules, supervises engineering staff, prepares client deliverables, and maintains client relationships. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, 10–15 years of medium- and high-voltage design experience, and at least five years supervising staff and managing projects.
