Micron is hiring an Advanced NAND Technology Research and Development Engineer for its Singapore team to advance the future NAND technology roadmap. The role focuses on 3D NAND integration, device concepts, materials, process integration, learning vehicles, characterization, debugging, and data-driven or AI-assisted problem solving. Responsibilities include defining module and process architectures, collaborating across device, probe, test, design, and operations teams, and driving technical innovation through process improvements, patents, and publications. Candidates need a strong foundation in semiconductor device physics and process integration, experience with memory or emerging memory technologies, and an MS or PhD in a relevant field.
