IRIS Software Group is hiring a Principal Engineer to accelerate the adoption of AI-driven, agentic software development across its engineering organisation. The individual contributor will embed with pod teams, debug adoption blockers, build and share best-practice workflows, evaluate agentic tooling, and partner with senior leaders on training, tooling, and programme strategy. The role requires hands-on experience with agentic development tools, a strong software engineering background, familiarity with modern delivery practices, and the ability to work across multiple teams and codebases.
