Description
Synopsys is hiring a Principal Engineer to architect and build AI-powered CAD infrastructure for silicon IP development. The role focuses on creating autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows that integrate with LLMs and EDA toolchains across design, verification, synthesis, PnR, and timing, while partnering with IP design, CAD, and AI platform teams. The position requires a degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least 12 years of CAD infrastructure experience, and expertise in Python, C++, and EDA scripting languages. It is a Principal Individual Contributor role in Bangalore with potential to lead a small team as adoption scales.
