Description
ServiceNow is hiring a Principal Engineer, Agentic AI Systems for its Enterprise AI horizontal capability team. The role is focused on setting the multi-year technical architecture and technical direction for AI Control Tower, agent governance, orchestration, lifecycle management, observability, evaluation, and AI security across ServiceNow's AI platform. The engineer will act as a technical multiplier across AI engineering, data and ML, infrastructure, product, DevOps, security, and GRC; prototype new multi-agent and governance patterns; mentor senior engineers; and help shape an AI-forward developer experience. The position requires extensive software engineering experience, deep hands-on expertise in agentic AI, LLM-based systems, RAG, LLMOps/MLOps, and enterprise-scale cloud/distributed systems, with a strong preference for ServiceNow or comparable enterprise workflow platform experience.
