Serko is hiring a Principal Engineer to own the technical vision and architecture of its AI Platform & Operations. The role focuses on building self-serve internal developer platforms, model serving, MLOps, GPU and compute efficiency, observability, reliability, and technical leadership for AI product teams. It is a remote position based in Washington or California, requires 12+ years of engineering experience including at least 4 years at a Principal or Distinguished level, and offers a base salary of $168,000–$230,000 USD annually.
