ServiceNow is hiring a Principal Engineer for AI Security Governance to own the technical strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery of an enterprise AI security governance program. The role covers AI traffic and ServiceNow platform AI, including AI detection and response, data security posture management, agent permissions, shadow AI, and compliance controls, while driving automation and providing technical leadership and mentorship. Candidates need 15+ years of security and software engineering experience, deep AI security expertise, cloud and SaaS architecture skills, data security and identity controls experience, executive communication ability, and eligibility for adjudication to access U.S. regulated environments.
