Infineon is hiring an Application Engineer focused on power electronics for AI data centers and telecom solutions. The role leads the conceptualization, design, validation, and application-level support of high-density DC-DC power converters and power-supply architectures, including research, simulation, PCB design, customer proposals, technical training, and collaboration with marketing. Candidates should have an M.S. in electrical engineering with at least 8 years of experience or a B.S. with at least 10 years of experience in power electronics, along with extensive DC-DC converter, magnetics, semiconductor, and application-engineering experience. The position includes occasional travel to San Jose, California, and offers a U.S. base salary of $150,000 to $206,250 per year plus incentive-plan eligibility.
