Weave is hiring a Principal Engineer to serve as the technical cornerstone of its Applications Fellowship, owning multi-year technical vision and architectural coherence across Payments, Scheduling, Forms, Business Experience, RCM, and Mobile App platforms. The role focuses on cross-team problem solving, strategic technical leadership, mentorship, and building organizational capability, with responsibilities spanning distributed systems, event streaming, scalable data stores, cloud-native infrastructure, and backend engineering. The position is hybrid in Lehi, Utah, or fully remote for United States-based engineers.
