AbbVie is hiring a Capital Engineering Manager to lead the capital strategy program and master plan, develop long-range and annual capital plans, manage financial compliance, and lead engineers on facilities, utilities, and equipment capital projects. The role includes project controls, procurement, feasibility studies, economic analysis, cross-functional coordination, technical design, commissioning documentation, and mentorship. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least eight years of significant engineering or operational experience, strong financial and project-accounting skills, and bilingual English-Spanish proficiency.
