AbbVie is seeking a Principal Engineer to independently lead complex engineering projects, experiments, product and process development, feasibility studies, and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires advanced scientific and engineering knowledge, strong project controls, risk management, technical judgment, and the ability to advise senior management and external stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a closely related discipline is desired, along with significant engineering or operational experience; a postgraduate degree is also desired.
