Bazaarvoice is hiring a senior individual-contributor engineering leader to drive the transition from traditional code generation to agentic workflows. The role owns the security, quality, scale, and performance of products delivered from the Belfast hub, oversees AWS architectures, influences global engineering standards, develops AI and automation roadmaps, prototypes agent technologies, and mentors technical talent. Candidates need 15+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including 8+ years at world-class product companies, plus extensive full-stack, SaaS, cloud, and AI agent experience.
