Harris & Associates is hiring a Technical Lead / Principal Engineer to lead technical design and project teams for complex transportation infrastructure projects, including roadways, highways, bridges, and pipelines. The role oversees contract deliverables, coordinates engineering teams and clients, serves as a subject matter expert, prepares proposals and reports, presents to clients, and mentors staff. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, a professional engineering license in California and relevant states, and at least 15 years of relevant transportation or similar engineering experience. The position offers a salary of $150,000–$190,000 plus medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
