The role includes high-level design review, project oversight through planning, design, permitting, and delivery, technical problem-solving, staff mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, and support for proposals and client relationships. Candidates should have a civil engineering degree, Florida Professional Engineer licensure, progressive engineering experience, and a record of delivering complex projects.
