Serko is seeking a Principal Engineer to define and implement the technical vision for their AI Platform & Operations. This role involves architecting the long-term technical roadmap, establishing engineering benchmarks, optimizing compute efficiency, designing observability systems, ensuring reliability, and mentoring senior engineers. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ML infrastructure, particularly in model serving, Kubernetes, cloud ecosystems, and MLOps tools.
