The role drives architecture from first principles, supports 1.0 products through customer adoption, applies AI-native engineering practices, mentors engineers, and collaborates with Product Management, Design, and partner engineering teams. Candidates need 10+ years of software engineering experience, deep cloud-native and distributed-systems expertise, hands-on product-building experience, and strong architectural leadership. The role offers a base salary of $221,200 to $387,100 plus equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
