NAB is hiring a senior engineering leader to define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for its AI productivity platform ecosystem. The role provides technical leadership across design, implementation, operations, and platform evolution; leads reliability, observability, incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation; establishes secure SDLC, CI/CD, release governance, and production-readiness guardrails; hardens identity, access, vulnerability, and security-by-design practices; guides technology introductions; sets code-quality and service-resilience standards; mentors engineers and technical leads; and drives platform reporting and operational analytics.
