AECOM is hiring a Principal Engineer with experience in bridges and/or structures design to join its Enterprise Capabilities team in Madrid, Europe. The role leads mid-size bridge and structures projects, makes technical decisions, supports feasibility and design studies, performs value engineering and quality control, manages delivery and budgets, and mentors less experienced staff. The position requires at least eight years of relevant experience, a master's degree in Civil Engineering, strong English fluency, knowledge of international bridge and structures standards, engineering calculation software proficiency, and team management experience. The role offers flexible working arrangements and the possibility of remote work.
