Description
ServiceNow is hiring a Principal Engineer for its Analytics Intelligence Team to lead the architecture and hands-on development of conversational analytics and AI/ML solutions. The role focuses on building agentic analytics products, including AI Data Explorer and Query Generation, and advancing capabilities involving semantic layers, knowledge graphs, data catalogs, universal context engines, and vector retrieval. Responsibilities include creating production software, collaborating with developers and product managers, owning the full software lifecycle, rapidly prototyping, communicating with technical and executive stakeholders, and coaching engineers. The position requires 12+ years of large-scale production software experience and proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
