Description
Oracle is hiring a Principal Member of Technical Staff to lead the design and delivery of Lightweight Infrastructure (LWI), the next-generation runtime and platform layer for OCI’s compute, storage, networking, identity, observability, and governance services. The role involves complex distributed-systems and cloud-platform work, architectural leadership, operational readiness, and hands-on technical leadership across LWI pillars such as compute, state, identity and security, connectivity, lifecycle management, and controllers. Candidates need a BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, 6–10+ years of software engineering experience in highly available distributed systems or cloud infrastructure, and strong systems or backend programming skills. The US hiring range is $114,600 to $234,600 per annum, with medical, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
