Description
Infineon is seeking a DFT Technical Lead to manage and lead a self-contained DFT team responsible for implementing DFT in Infineon microcontroller products. The role covers scan insertion, ATPG, LBIST, MBIST, test-pattern verification, silicon bring-up, DFT methodology, work-package coordination, and interfaces with project management, layout, and test engineering. Candidates need a relevant university degree, at least 10 years of DFT experience with highly complex SoCs, strong semiconductor and DFT knowledge, and experience leading teams.
