Description
The Semiconductor Process Design Kit Engineer develops and maintains PDK components, including Cadence PCELLs, process design rules, SPICE models, test cases, automation tools, and documentation for electronic design automation. The role supports internal test sites and customer layouts, performs DRC and LVS quality checks, and collaborates with semiconductor process and design teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are required; semiconductor, CAD, scripting, Unix/Linux, and silicon photonics experience are preferred. The position offers a base salary, equity, an annual bonus plan, and medical insurance.
