AlphaSense is hiring a Principal Engineer in Developer Experience to define and execute a holistic developer experience strategy across Core Developer Experience and Cloud/Platform DX. The role will align cross-functional engineering efforts, improve internal developer platforms and CI/CD reliability, establish productivity metrics, and lead the adoption of AI-enabled software development workflows. It requires extensive DevEx, platform engineering, systems, and cross-organizational strategy experience, along with cloud-native, Kubernetes, progressive delivery, and frontend or microfrontend familiarity. The base compensation range is $246,000–$339,000 USD, with potential performance-based bonus, equity, and benefits.
