GlobalFoundries is hiring a Principal Engineer to develop and validate DC and RF models for semiconductor devices, including BJTs, varactors, diodes, inductors, transmission lines, and resistors. The role involves device characterization and model extraction, test-structure and layout definition, interpretation of measurement results, debugging device and measurement issues, and preparing technical reports. Candidates need a PhD or M.Tech/MS in Electrical Engineering with specialization in device modeling, RF modeling, or semiconductor devices, along with 0–4 years of experience; knowledge of EM tools and RF parameters is preferred.
