Description
Arm is hiring a Principal or Senior Principal DFT Architect/Engineer to define scalable design-for-test architectures and methodologies for next-generation Arm CPUs, GPUs, system IP, AI accelerators, and SoCs. The role involves developing reusable DFT flows, evaluating and deploying EDA solutions, collaborating with architecture, verification, physical design, and customer teams, producing technical documentation, and providing leadership and mentorship. Required qualifications include extensive DFT architecture and implementation experience, knowledge of SoC DFT techniques, reusable methodology development, EDA solution deployment, scripting and Linux/Unix expertise, and a degree in electronic or computer engineering or a related discipline.
