Micron Technology is hiring a Principal Engineer/Member of the Technical Staff to support the early maturity phase of new semiconductor products as they transition from technology development to high-volume manufacturing. The role focuses on improving product yield, quality, and cost, and involves collaboration with technology development, manufacturing, suppliers, EHSS, and process safety teams. Responsibilities include supplier engagement, process and module optimization, process control modeling, benchmarking, and support for peers. The position requires experience in semiconductor process development, hardware, supplier management, NAND and DRAM integration, and international travel to manufacturing and technology development sites.
