Description
Micron is hiring a Principle Engineer, Electrical & Control Engineering to lead its Fab10 Facilities Electrical & Control Engineering team. The role oversees the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of high- and medium-voltage distribution systems, UPS, generators, PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, and facility automation; drives AI, machine learning, predictive maintenance, reliability, asset management, and continuous improvement; supports capacity expansion and facility upgrades; manages contractors and compliance; and develops engineering talent. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an electrical or control engineering field, at least 10 years of relevant engineering experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, data center, or critical facilities environments, and at least 5 years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
