Description
The Electrical Engineering Manager owns the single-point responsibility for all electrical engineering design deliverables in a minerals and metals project. The role coordinates the electrical team, manages schedules, manpower, budgets, quality, and project progress; supervises discipline personnel; liaises with licensors, equipment vendors, and OEMs; supports site activities such as material inspection and factory acceptance testing; and ensures compliance with codes, standards, management-of-change processes, and project reviews. The role includes electrical calculations and deliverables using ETAP, CANECO, and DIALUX, and requires a B.E. or B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, with professional engineer certification preferred.
