Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 to 7 years of experience in the electric energy industry.
Experience in Large Load modelling and EMT studies.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in generator modelling, EMT studies, transmission planning and interconnection studies.
In-depth knowledge of at least one EMT software package such as PSCAD.
Knowledge of modelling guidelines in ERCOT.
Additional market experience (PJM, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and/or SERC).
Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
Active participation in industry taskforces and/or working groups.
Experience with RMS tools and dynamic models (especially user defined RMS models).
Hands-on experience performing large-load modeling and analysis using industry-standard tools, including PSCAD and PSS®E, with the ability to develop, validate, and interpret detailed steady-state and dynamic simulation models.
Experience with developing EMT models for Large Load projects.
Experience with developing EMT models for IBRs or HVDC projects.
Automation experience (Python, C#, SQL).
Knowledge or real time simulation tools (RTDS, OPAL-RT).
