GlobalFoundries is hiring a Principal Facilities Specialty Gas Engineer to provide technical leadership for the operation, maintenance, reliability, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of bulk and specialty gas systems supporting semiconductor manufacturing. The role covers gas storage, distribution, purification, delivery, monitoring, system modifications, capital projects, documentation, safety and regulatory compliance, and technical mentoring. Candidates need a BS or MS in engineering, at least five years of high-purity gas or related manufacturing experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and availability to support continuous manufacturing operations during off hours. The expected salary range is $85,000 to $146,000.
