Description
Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring a Fab Engineer to lead dry-etch process and hardware improvements across semiconductor manufacturing. The role focuses on productivity, yield, quality, cost, safety, and sustainability improvements; plasma process and hardware qualification; chamber and consumable CIP roadmaps; tool performance, defect reduction, process windows, and recipe robustness; and IoT/FDC monitoring. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or a related field, plus extensive semiconductor dry-etch equipment and process management experience, plasma process development, abnormal analysis, and hardware CIP experience.
