Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Principal Engineer to lead the technical vision and architecture of its Growth Mega Alliance, which powers customer acquisition, conversion, retention, payments, communications, and customer value optimization across multiple markets. The role owns GenAI and agentic engineering strategy, large-scale distributed systems, experimentation, personalization, data integrity, cross-pillar integrations, and engineering culture, while also mentoring senior and staff engineers. Candidates need 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years at the principal level in a cloud-native environment, plus expertise in distributed systems, microservices, event-driven patterns, AWS, and at least one of Go, Kotlin, Python, or TypeScript.
