Description
Micron is hiring a senior validation engineer to lead end-to-end DRAM/HBM/NAND validation, including ATE test-program development, Verilog simulation, power and thermal characterization, high-speed I/O and eye/IDD analysis, automation, and silicon debug. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, at least 8 years of relevant validation or product engineering experience, at least 2 years of HBM validation experience, and expertise in C/C++, Python, APG, Advantest, Teradyne, Verilog, and data analytics.
