Micron Technology is hiring a Principal Engineer for its HBM team in Hyderabad, India, to design and develop complex Application-Specific Integrated Circuits for High Bandwidth Memory, artificial intelligence, and high-performance computing applications. The role leads the layout team, manages multiple projects and tape-outs, develops analog and custom layouts, supports customers, and contributes to the India operation. Candidates need 15+ years of analog/custom layout experience in advanced CMOS, at least 4 years of team and project experience, expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Calibre DRC/LVS, and a BE or MTech in Electronic/VLSI Engineering.
