Description
AECOM is hiring an EHV Grid Substation Primary Electrical Design Engineer to prepare designs and deliverables for transmission and distribution projects. The role covers primary substation systems, single-line diagrams, fault analysis, protection and earthing design, HVDC and HVAC integration, transformer and cable layouts, equipment specifications, procurement support, and coordination with civil, vendor, and contractor teams. The position requires a Master of Engineering degree, CEng or PE licensure, mandatory EHV plant design experience, and strong English communication skills; 10+ years of experience and relevant utility or international-standard experience are preferred.
