Description
Nagarro is seeking a technical team lead to partner with a Deputy Manager on priorities and project objectives, oversee ongoing development work, maintain code quality and documentation, guide developers, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks. The role requires at least 11 years of experience, leadership of technical teams, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; Workato experience is a major advantage.
