Description
GlobalFoundries Fab 9 is hiring a Principal Integration Engineer to own process integration for semiconductor devices at its 200mm manufacturing and development facility in Essex Junction, Vermont. The role leads technology-module projects, improves yield, Cp/Cpk, defectivity, and processing efficiency, analyzes line issues, supports new production technologies, and drives cost reductions. It is fully onsite on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with occasional weekend coverage. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of semiconductor manufacturing or related experience, or an advanced degree with fewer years of relevant experience, along with English fluency, cleanroom safety, structured problem-solving, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, and teamwork skills.
