GlobalFoundries Fab 8 is hiring an experienced semiconductor process-integration professional to support the 300mm process integration team. The role owns process integration from development through customer engagement and production, develops advanced technologies across RF, FINFET, FDSOI, and eNVM technologies, collaborates with process module and packaging teams, and manages project scope, schedules, and cost trade-offs. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or Ph.D. degree, at least four years of industry experience, and experience leading engineers and delivering advanced technology for mass production. The expected salary range is $85,000 to $146,000, with a possible U.S. Department of Defense security clearance requirement.
